Its contents are freely accessible; however, authors may sustain fees for processing and publications of manuscripts. To support high-quality peer review, editorial services, and open access dissemination, our journal requests an Article Processing Charges (APCs) for each manuscript. This fee is split into two installments to balance operational costs with author flexibility.

Important notes
- The 25% submission fee is non-refundable, as it offsets the journal’s immediate editorial and review-related expenditures.
- If a manuscript is rejected or withdrawn before acceptance, no refund is made and no further payment is required.
- Once the manuscript is accepted, payment must be submitted by the stated deadline (e.g., within 7 days) to initiate the final production process.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Rejections:
If the manuscript is not accepted, no additional fee is charged. The initial 25% remains non-refundable. - Withdrawals:
- Before Acceptance: Authors forfeit the 25% submission fee.
- After Acceptance: The publisher reserves the right to charge a portion or all the remaining 75% fee if production work has already begun (case-dependent).
